I love all animals, but dogs were always my favourite (Men's best friend after all). I love their energy, loyalty and the joy that they bring you - the moment you see them - it just makes me smile :)
And yes, I'm one of those people that tend to change even their voice into that silly one when talking to dogs ("oh who's the good doggie-dog" and other silly phrases usually comes out as well).
