    the smile icon does not reach anywhere NEAR the satisfaction I feel regarding the care given to my dog by this wonderful lady.She is professional and clearly very knowledgeable about caring for animals,having various furry friends of her own.Her whole family showed my dog so much love and tender care that she settled in very well after only a couple of days.She constantly updated me with pictures and anecdotes as to what Lucy was getting up to with her pets and in general, and how much her whole family adores her.I will definitely be thrilled to send Lucy to stay with her again.I cannot sing her praises high enough!

    Alessia, was very friendly and warm to both Rex( my husky) and myself . She has a lovely house properly secured for dogs to roam freely. She understands the needs of Dogs and knows how to handle them too - her experience was most welcome! She kept me up to date daily with pics and messages on how Rex is doing. She did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend her and hopefully use her services again very soon
