First time booking with Anna and very happy with the service she provided! The daily updates and photos were great and gave us peace of mind, and Anna was responsive to messages. It was nice to see that the cats were getting used to her and felt more comfortable after a day or two. We came home to very happy cats, chinchillas, and tortoise! 🙂
