    Charlotte was always on time for the walks. My dog was pleased to see her and more than happy to go with her (he usually has to have a bit of coaxing to walk with someone unfamiliar to him). He had a good walk and Charlotte even cleaned his paws when he got back. Would definitely recommmend.
