I honestly couldn’t recommend Helen from Doggie Hotel enough! She has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond to help my dog Lilly settle into her home (by collecting her a number of times for free to meet her little doggie and for Lilly to get used to her house) and also by helping me with pick ups and drop offs (even when I was majorly delayed with my flight back)! I have used Tailster a number of times and everyone has been great, but I can truly say Helen has been by far the most professional, friendly, helpful and caring! Nothing was too much of a problem for her and she was so lovely and caring to my little Lilly!! We had regular updates while on holiday and we could see how much fun Lilly was having!!! I would 1000% recommend Helen to anyone that wants their dog to be looked after in the best of hands! Thank you Helen!! I hope you will always be available to have my little Lilly when ever we go away xxxxxxx
