If I had to describe myself in 3 words they would be energetic, approachable and enthusiastic. A regular runner and a keen kickboxer I am both fit and active. I run come rain or shine, partake in 2 classes of kickboxing a week and am currently training for my blackbelt as well as various mud runs.
