Anne was fantastic! She visited twice beforehand to find out about our pets and to sort out practicalities such as keys, times, etc While we were away she tent us messages and pictures of our pets -really reassuring. On our return our pets looked happy and they have been well looked after. Anne did ‘above and beyond’ pet care including taking bins in and out and even getting things straight after some repair work was carried out (unexpectedly) We will definitely be asking Anne to help us again in the future … a huge thank you.Reply:Thank you for that lovely review, it is greatly appreciated, it was an absolute pleasure looking after your furbabies. -
