I am a dog walker/ cat and dog sitter in the Nottingham area. I have a degree in Zoology and a master's in Anthrozoology. I have an 8 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and three cats. My time volunteering at a dog rescue centre has given me experience walking a variety of dogs and how to practice excellent animal welfare.

Hester is absolutely brilliant, we couldn’t be happier with her. Our cattle (two dogs and two cats) prefer staying in their own house when we’re away, so she just spent eight days with them without having a nervous breakdown :). Hester took excellent care of them, and kept us updated and sent us pictures the whole time, which was lovely. It’s very clear that Hester really, really loves animals. When we came back the house was spotless, which is extra credit to her because we know how messy our menagerie is. Hester will be our number one choice when we go on holiday again. Definitely recommend booking her. -

This is a very late review as I forgot! Hester looked after my cat over the Christmas period 2017/2018 and was absolutely amazing. I was worried Lando would be lonely as the last time someone cat sat him, he was so depressed and lonely he gained a lot of weight. This did not happen at all with Hester, she went out of her way to spend a lot of time with him! He is a very timid cat and took to her immediately which is amazing. She has officially been crowned his god mother! For anyone with a cat, I highly recommend hester, I’m incredibly protective of my boy and she was amazing, you can be assured they will get the best care with Hester. Many thanks and sorry for the late review! -

So lovely to go away for a few days and know that the mutts would be happy and in safe hands. It looks like they all had lots of fun!
