    Ines was fantastic! She met with Cleo and me in advance to make sure everyone was happy with the arrangement. Her communication during the booking was perfect, including sending me much better photos than I ever manage to take. Cleo loved her and didn't even seem to notice we were gone (typical cat). I will definitely book Ines again.
