Jacob was very prompt and he is clearly used to being in control of dogs. He is young and energetic (good when you have a collie) and any problems were dealt with absolutely correctly, contacting me and then being happy to overcome them and carry on. He is a good communicator, both in person and electronically. I can thoroughly recommend Jacob and will certainly use him again if I am in need. Also extremely reasonably priced.
