My experience comes from looking after the family dog, which I really enjoyed and love animals. A rescue dog, Jack Russel who was difficult for a while but managed to settle in and take care of him. I would take him on regular walks around the area, the docks or the local park. I still go for regular walks myself so taking a dog with me is perfect.
