Karen looked after Bruce for me whilst I was away Karen visited a couple of times before I went away to get compatible with Bruce and Bruce was great with Karen she is professional in what she does made notes kept me informed whilst I was away sending me pictures Karen is very good and at what she does I would totally recommend Karen to any one that needs pets looking after
