I found it upsetting leaving my 18 month old dogs when we went on holiday recently, however, Katie made the whole process as easy and reassuring as possible. She was extremely flexible from the start, encouraging a meet and greet at her home, and was agreeable to further meetings out with the dogs at my request, and even altering dates at short notice. She was keen to clarify their usual routines and likes to ensure their visit was as stress free as possible, and the regular photos and videos sent while she had them were a great reassurance to me as it was obvious they were having a great time at the varied locations they visited daily, and with the personal interactions with Katie and her family and their own dog. I was happy with the whole experience and have no hesitations in sending my pups for their holidays to katies again next month. I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels nervous about using a dog sitter. She provides a home from home environment with plenty of cuddles and play and does everything possible to meet the needs of each individual dog. Thank you Katie!

Katie is a lovely lady who looked after Holly very well. Holly had a great first week and came home every night worn out. I was happy leaving Holly with Katie knowing she was safe and would be well looked after.
