Kerri has been wonderful looking after Bella this weekend. After reading one negative review I still decided to go forth with booking Kerri and I’m glad I did. Kerri assured me her best interest is to care for pets and has been on Tailster since 2020. She is also on the Rover app and has all positive reviews on there too so mine and my partners mind was put at ease. I was sent multiple photos and videos as well as tracked walks via a walking app. Bella was very happy in her care and she also took good care of my house. As said in other reviews, Kerri is very attentive to detail and gave us some tips on how to stop Bella’s naughty habits which we will definitely be putting to use! I will not hesitate to use Kerri again for future visits. Thank you Kerri! 👍🏻

Just awful! How can Tailster justify employing such a terrible person and unleashing them on unsuspecting animal owners. My dogs were abandoned on the very first evening and left alone and barking the whole night. Kerri then had the audacity to return at 11pm the following night after leaving my dogs unattended for more than 24 hours - no food, no toilet breaks. And, she left my TV on the whole time. Her absence was confirmed by my neighbours. I expect a full refund from Tailster as this job wasn't done. Avoid!

Kerri is a very genuine, caring person. I was updated regularly about my cats, and I certainly had no concerns whilst I was away. My cats were very contented when I arrived home so I know they were extremely well looked after. I would definitely use and recommend Kerri if I go away again. Kerri went out of her away to spend time with my cats and that made a big difference in their care. A special Thank you 😻 Kerri x
