    Booked one visit per day for seven days. Security system only picked up five visits this included a couple of text prompts from us. Photos were sparse and not relevant to the time or date of the visits. Will not be using this service again.
    Reply:Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you weren’t happy with my services but I’d like to clarify some of your points. I can assure you that I certainly did visit every day - I would never not attend to a cat in my care. I’m sorry that your security system somehow didn’t pick this up. My visits certainly didn’t require prompting either, I visited once a day as planned. I sent photos every day - this is my usual level as I don’t want to bombard people when they’re on holiday but if a client would like more than that then I am happy to accommodate that. The photos aren’t always sent during my visit as I send them whenever I get chance. I’m not sure what you mean about them not being relevant - they were all photos of your cat. I hope that you had a nice time away and I can reassure you that your cat was very well looked after. I have always had extremely positive feedback from all of my clients so I’m sorry that on this occasion you felt that this wasn’t the case.

    Louise was wonderful. Very personable, communicative and quick to respond. I felt comfortable knowing our cats were in safe hands and would definitely ask to her to look after them again
