I'm a total dog convert! I grew up with many cats (and loved it) but having spent a lot of time recently with friends' dogs, there's no competition with that the love and affection they show people.
I love how you can exercise with them, train them and treat them as a genuine companion. And there's a special mutual respect you can achieve with a dog.
