Tailster

Marisol was exceptional throughout our first Tailster; reliable and communicative both during and throughout the 'job', receptive to both my nerves having never done this before and even more so to Sandy's, with her only being 6 months old and not having met many people before; and an absolute calm and caring presence from day 1 who not only built a relationship with Sandy but who also made sure we as the owners were completely assured of our pets safety and happiness at all times. Having agreed to spend 60-90 minutes per visit and up to 2 visits a day, I was pleasantly surprised that Marisol spent a minimum of 90 minutes if not longer at each visit, but filled that visit with play, talk and updates to me: so much more than simply cleaning litter and refilling food trays. Her passion and enthusiasm for animals immediately shone through and her duty of care and attention was second to none at all times. A huge thank you, Marisol, from both Sandy and I for making our Christmasses that much brighter!
