    Mel is absolutely fantastic, very friendly and clearly adores dogs. She looked after our dog Lola at fairly late notice over the Easter weekend and kept us informed throughout her stay with daily updates. Mel was very welcoming and answered our many questions beforehand and asked plenty herself about Lola's routine, choice of bed, feeding times etc. We felt completely at ease and Lola had such a good time with Mel's dog Suzie, she didn't want to come home! Highly recommended and we have already booked Lola in for her next stay. Thank you Mel :)
