I am a mature student studying Sports Conditioning and Rehabilitation at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I love being outdoors all year round and whatever the weather. I enjoy participating in and coaching sports such as rugby, whitewater kayaking and olympic weightlifting. I have grown up with animals not only in my immediate family home but extended family too, and have more recently been walker for my grandmothers dog.
