Hi, I have been a GB hockey athlete for 10 years although just very recently I had to end my career early due to a head injury which happened nearly 3 years ago whilst playing, but I am doing much better now. I'm sure it's no surprise then that I love to exercise and I have had a lot of free time on my hands over the past few years whilst rehabbing - going for walks to the park, down by the river and of course running too so I can be very active out and about when minding a dog!
