Karen was great with my girls and they loved her. Made me feel very at ease. She came and saw them twice before the event just to make sure they were familiar with her. On the evening of , I received photo update and a message to let me know how they were getting on. I would definitely recommend. -

It was our first time leaving Coco with anyone but close friends or family but there was no stress involved at all, as from the first communication through to saying goodbye at the end of the visit, Karen and Eddie were amazing! Karen was very natural and welcoming and Eddie had perfect patience whilst being chased around by our lively puppy! Coco had a great time without us and we had a worry free evening. We definitely recommend 'Poochie Time' and look forward to seeing them again in the future. x
