    We were really pleased with how Rachael looked after our cat while we were away on a 2-week holiday. We did not have to worry at all about him at any time. Rachael sent us daily updates and photos so we knew that all was well. When there was a minor incident (burglar alarm went off), Rachael dealt with it promptly and professionally. We will definitely use her again and would have no hesitation in recommending Rachael to other pet owners in the area.
