I was brought up with a golden retriever (named Annie), who was five years younger than me. Since she passed away, we recently welcomed another retriever to the family - Poppy! Independent of this, I have always had great affection for other people's pets, especially dogs. I recently graduated from my masters in Biochemistry at Oxford and now live in Brixton, far away from home and our pets; hence my looking for someone's furry friend to spend time with!
