I used to work in a theatre, but since they’ve been closed I’ve started looking after my neighbours’ pets, cat-sitting while they’re on holiday, cat feeding, or dog walking. Since furlough’s now ending, I started thinking maybe I could make this into an actual job and not just something I do for fun. My family have always had animals (dogs, cats, horses, fish, gerbils, hamsters...) and I rescued a couple of elderly Battersea cats by myself a few years ago (though they’re sadly no longer with us)...
