We were absolutely delighted with the service Patricia provided for looking after our cat, Casper for a few days in between Christmas and New Year 2022. Patricia came to meet us before we made the booking and we were impressed by her experience with animals, and her caring, gentle nature. Casper is quite a nervous cat and she made a point of meeting him and understanding his specific requirements. We know that while we were away she spent quite a bit of time with him everyday, and we were delighted to receive reports and photos of how he was doing at the end of each visit. Patricia was both brilliant with Casper and trustworthy in accessing and locking up the house after her visits. We will definitely use her again and would not hesitate to recommend her. We would like to say a big thank you Patricia.

Patricia was brilliant with Archie. It seems that they knew each other a long time from the first visit. Archie had a great time with Patricia. Surely we will booked her again in the future.

Patricia was excellent, she communicated promptly and formed a great relationship with our dog.
