Harriet was everything I was looking for. Warm and friendly, with excellent communication skills - before, during and after the booking. It was my first time leaving my furry flat mate with a stranger, but Harriet put me at ease straight away. I arrived home to a very happy cat and I won’t hesitate to book her again.Reply:Thanks Simone. Simone was a really communicative and friendly owner.
